Amalgamation Agreement

The Amalgamation Agreement is a legal document that outlines the terms and conditions under which Northern Credit Union and Copperfin Credit Union agree to combine and operate as a single entity. The agreement covers various aspects of the amalgamation, including the rights and responsibilities of each party, the treatment of financial assets, governance structure, operational details, and any other relevant provisions necessary for the successful integration.

The Amalgamation Agreement is awaiting approval from FSRA and may be subject to change.
