During our banking system integration from May 15-18, temporary disruptions may impact your ability to access funds, account information, and online & mobile app banking. There are some key steps to complete ahead of time to minimize impacts and keep your everyday banking activities running smoothly during integration weekend.
You may experience temporary interruptions to ATM and Point of Sale transactions and limits, and Interac e-Transfers® will be unavailable during integration weekend.
All Interac e-Transfer® services, including sending and receiving money, will be unavailable from May 15–18. Complete any necessary e-Transfers® prior to May 15.
Online and mobile app banking will be unavailable during this time. Ensure you pre-pay any bills that may be due to avoid penalties.

Once the integration is complete, we’ll be able to serve all members seamlessly at every location, simplify our products and services, and spend more time focusing on what matters most: Supporting you and your financial goals.
